Fraudulent transaction

The reporter states that they engaged with Chalz , involving a payment of USD 400. The seller advertised a course for $500, but after negotiating, we agreed on a final price of $400. I sent the agreed $400 payment, but after receiving the money, he stopped responding to my messages. Approximately 24 hours later, he contacted me and said that the $400 payment was not sufficient and that I would need to pay an additional amount to receive the course. I explained that I could not afford to pay more and asked him to refund the $400 if the agreed amount was no longer acceptable. After that, he stopped responding completely and blocked me. I attempted to contact him through other phone numbers, but he blocked those as well. I never received the course or any service, and my $400 was not refunded. I have also since heard similar complaints from other people regarding their experiences with him. Based on my own experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution and thoroughly verify the terms and reputation of the seller before making any payment. He has changed his YouTube channel name to techtrybe_tv
